Ravers Property provides a first class property management service which will guarantee you peace of mind while your property is either empty or being rented out. Our policy is designed to ensure that when you return to Turkey your property is as you wish to find it.
You can either choose our 12-month management package or 6 month winter package. The service includes regular security checks by our maintenance staff, which includes electricians, plumbers and builders. Your property will be aired and lightly cleaned in your absence and all bills will be paid. When you let us know you are returning to Turkey your property will be fully cleaned for you.

Furnishing
Once you have purchased your property and are in need of assistance in furnishing your new home, Ravers Property can advise and assist you in the fitting out of your home. We have local knowledge and expertise and will take you to the stores where your needs will be met completely.
Rental
Should you decide you want to rent out your property through us we will advertise it free of charge on the Internet and manage all bookings at a competitive price.
We will also provide the cleaning and Laundry service for your clients.
Insurance
it is important that once you have your title deeds through that you arrange for buildings and contents insurance. We at Ravers Property can arrange this for you through an independent and reputable insurance company.
Residency Visa
Should you decide to come to live in Turkey then you will require a residency permit. This is obtained via the police in Aydin. We can take you to fill out the necessary documents and to pay for the visa.
Airport Transfers
Should you require airport transfer Ravers Property runs an airport express service to collect and return your clients in comfort in one of our air conditioned vehicles. We can collect you from any airport.
